Requirements

• Proven success in sales, preferably within the spirits, beverage, or CPG industry.
• Passion for the spirits market, with an understanding of trends, consumer preferences, and brand differentiation.
• Strong business development skills and a sense of urgency to achieve results.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
• Experience using CRM tools to run accounts and pipeline.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities with both established brands and craft distilleries.
• Act as a trusted partner—consulting on packaging design, functionality, and market trends to help customers stand out.
• Collaborate with our design and engineering teams to deliver innovative, value-added solutions.
• Guide customers from initial concept through final product delivery, ensuring an unmatched experience.
