About The Position

Ocean Spray Engineering is looking for a Packaging Development Co-op for the Summer of 2026. This position is a hybrid role based out of our corporate headquarters in Lakeville, MA, with remote work on Mondays and Fridays. The Co-op will support the Packaging Development team in various initiatives, including new packaging designs, cost savings initiatives, packaging design modifications, and manufacturing facility support. Responsibilities include assisting in packaging design, coordinating and performing line trials and lab testing, creating and managing specifications, managing project timelines, and communicating project status to internal business partners. Interns will gain exposure to key components through orientation meetings, shadowing, and on-the-job training.

Requirements

• Must be a current student enrolled in a Bachelor’s Packaging Science Degree Program
• Completed Packaging Materials I & II
• Completed Packaging Distribution
• Strong communication skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (e.g. MS Excel, MS Word)
