About The Position

The packaging team is responsible for all aspects of primary packaging, secondary packaging and devices including labeling and artwork. The team supports developmental and commercialized products. They are accountable for tech transfers and commercial support for the BMS portfolio of products. This work includes all internal and external packaging operations. The full-time co-op will take place January - June 2026.

Requirements

  • Candidates must be a student currently enrolled in an accredited college/university with at least two years or 48 academic credits, seeking an undergraduate degree in Packaging, Mechanical or related engineering degree and continuing their education for the following semester (e.g. Summer 2026).
  • Must possess an overall GPA of 3.0 or higher - please include overall GPA on your resume.
  • Preferred to have basic knowledge of packaging components/materials, equipment and processes.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Data compilation, technical writing skills, and presentation skills.
  • Preferred computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Minitab (or similar statistical software).
  • Must be eligible to work full-time, 40 hours per week, from January - June 2026.
  • All candidates must be authorized to work in the US both at the time of hire and for the duration of their employment.
