Requirements

• Typically, a High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 1+ years of related experience.
• 6 months of Assembly experience, preferred.
• Prior forklift experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identifies packaging requirements and packages products in shipping boxes, crates, cartons or containers for shipment.
• Stacks boxes, crates, cartons or containers and sends these to Shipping.
• Ensures product is secured to avoid damage during shipping.
• Provides appropriate labeling as required by contracts.
• Ensures that a sufficient quantity of packaging is available, contacting the materials team for re-stocking as needed.
• Must be able to lift 40+ lbs when lugging and packing the sonobuoys.
• Must complete fork truck certification and maintain certification.
• Must have a focus on quality, as pack cell is the last line of sight to see the sonobuoys before shipping out.
