The Industrial Product Support Specialist will primarily provide in-depth technical support for the Industrial Business Area products to the North American and Canadian Industrial Sales and Service Channels, including direct and distribution channels, as well as Registered OEMs. The secondary focus will be on offering pre-sale product-focused application support to the same client base. Technical Support activities including, but not limited to providing in-depth application and technical support for the industrial business area while providing excellent customer service. Adhere to client service level agreements. Interfacing with our client base to identify and document functional requirement specifications for applications utilizing our product portfolio. Creation of custom quotations. Create and review technical bulletins, white papers and other documentation. Assist and/or lead product-focused training activities. Assist and/or participate in product introduction, phase in/out activities and other support functions. Other responsibilities as assigned.
