About The Position
The primary duty of a Packaging Associate at Formulife, Inc. is to assemble finished products and the various components that contribute to the final product on a production line. This role involves a variety of tasks including filling, bottling, labeling, packaging, and lifting. The Packaging Associate will report directly to the Production Manager or Supervisor and is expected to operate production machinery efficiently while ensuring that all products meet specified quality standards. In this position, the associate will be responsible for identifying defective components and performing repetitive tasks on the production line. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the production area is crucial, as is the ability to fill out and maintain logs and documentation related to production activities. Adherence to safety protocols is mandatory, and associates must be proactive in responding to their work environment. The role also requires inspecting equipment prior to use to ensure proper setup and alignment, as well as performing basic maintenance and adjustments as needed. The Packaging Associate will maintain logs of units produced, including records of any errors that result in rejected or discarded products. Other related duties may be assigned as necessary, making flexibility and a willingness to learn essential traits for success in this role.
