About The Position

The Packaging Associate is responsible for repetitively packaging manufactured products in a fast-paced production environment. This role is stationary, requires standing for the duration of the shift, and involves consistent, repetitive motions. Packaging materials and products are delivered to the associate by the Order Fulfillment team.

Responsibilities

• Package finished products according to established quality and order requirements
• Perform repetitive packing tasks while remaining at a designated workstation
• Visually inspect products and packaging materials for defects or damage
• Label, seal, and prepare packaged items for shipment or next production stage
• Maintain correct inventory counts on stocking items
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures
• Communicate packaging issues or material shortages to supervisors or team leads
• Work efficiently to meet daily production goals
