About The Position

The Packaging and Inventory Technician I is responsible for final packaging, staging, and storage of finished goods. This role includes operating forklifts, packaging and labeling equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. You'll work in a clean, temperature-controlled environment with paid breaks and a strong focus on safety.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
• 6-12 months of forklift or manufacturing equipment experience preferred.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read production schedules and safety guidelines.
• Familiarity with computer systems and handheld devices.
• Valid driver's license and forklift certification required.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to move raw materials and finished goods.
• Label pallets and verify carton labels.
• Operate stretch wrap machines and deliver products to the warehouse.
• Run inventory reports and resolve discrepancies.
• Perform visual quality checks and record data in computer systems.
• Respond to robot and AGV alarms; troubleshoot minor issues.
• Make mechanical adjustments and minor repairs to equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and GMP/HACCP requirements.
