The Packaging Agent executes tasks assigned by department leadership, measures, packages, and labels products, compares products with product standards to ensure quality, maintains a sanitary work environment, safely transports products from workspace to storage area, and ensures all functions are performed to the highest standard of quality and compliance.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict policies and procedure
  • Ability to measure, package and label in a precise manner
  • Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment
  • Requires work around plant material, which could include exposure to plant pollen and/or dust.
  • Requires ability to sit, stand, kneel, and/or do repetitive actions with your hands for long periods of time.
  • Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs to torso level.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older to apply
  • Must comply with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry
  • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without the need for current or future sponsorship at any time.

Nice To Haves

  • 1 year of hands-on experience in a factory, production or manufacturing fast-paced environment with measurable goals and working standards
  • Proficiency in windows-based software and point of sale applications
