About The Position

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Review job traveler to verify correct frame style, deck label, law label, leg color, suspension, shipping label, and additional required options. Inspect product for straight seams, proper sewing, accurate labeling, and mechanism function per production line standards. Ensure furniture is clean, complete, and ready for shipment. Perform minor repairs as necessary. Collaborate with cushion stuffers and deluxers during the packaging process.

Requirements

Ability to safely operate hand tools, including:
Furniture steamer
Heat gun
Blower
Recognize and use appropriate nuts, bolts, and screws based on furniture style.
Assemble frames or mechanisms as needed.
Identify upholstery defects such as sewing errors or material imperfections.
Perform quality checks to ensure completed product meets standards.
Capable of lifting and moving up to 100 lbs or more.
