About The Position

We are currently seeking dependable Packager / Production Associate (Brick Packer) team members to join a brick manufacturing facility in Oklahoma City. The Packager / Production Associate (Brick Packer) plays a critical role in a fast-paced, production-driven environment, responsible for stacking, packaging, and preparing finished brick for shipment while maintaining safety and quality standards. This is a physically demanding role with strong earning potential for consistent, high-performing employees once hired on.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs repeatedly
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attendance
• Ability to maintain pace in a production-based environment
• Strong focus on safety and quality
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Must pass a drug screen and background check

Responsibilities

• Stack finished brick onto pallets as it comes off the production line
• Strap and wrap packaged brick for shipment
• Inspect brick for defects or damage
• Maintain pace with production speed and line requirements
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Work safely around conveyors and moving equipment
• Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines
• Assist with other production-related duties as assigned
