About The Position
We are currently seeking dependable Packager / Production Associate (Brick Packer) candidates to join a brick manufacturing facility. This Packager / Production Associate (Brick Packer) role is a fast-paced, production-based position responsible for stacking and packaging finished brick as it comes off the line. The Packager / Production Associate (Brick Packer) position rewards consistency and productivity with higher earning potential after hire-on.
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs repeatedly
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to keep pace in a production-based environment
- Attention to safety and quality
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Must pass drug test and background check
Responsibilities
- Stack finished brick onto pallets
- Strap and wrap packaged brick for shipment
- Inspect brick for defects or damage
- Keep up with production speed and line requirements
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work safely around moving equipment and conveyors
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
- Assist with other production duties as assigned
