About The Position

Full Sail Brewing Company is looking to hire Packaging Specialists to join our weekend graveyard shift. As a Packaging Specialist, you will learn to operate a variety of bottling, canning, and kegging machines in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You will also learn and support the team in maintaining Safety and Quality standards.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age
• Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment and operating machinery
• Ability to work successfully with a team
• Must have the ability to perform repetitive tasks quickly and accurately
• Flexible in scheduling and willing to work overtime and holidays as needed

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team and complete tasks as assigned on the production floor
• Operate machinery and equipment – Loading and unloads items from machines and conveyors
• Monitor and inspect products for quality and safety standards
• Transfer finished products or raw materials between storage and work areas by hand or using hand trucks or powered lift trucks
• Communicate with supervisors and leads concerning safety, quality, and processing issues
• Remove products, machine attachments, or waste material from machines as directed
• Provide cleaning and sanitation of assigned areas
• Responsible for the health and safety of self and co-workers
