About The Position

Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Packaged Application Development Manager in Florham Park, NJ. The job duties include managing project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope, developing or updating project plans for information technology projects, maintaining applications according to SLAs, and working across the Service Delivery Lifecycle on engineering solutions for new system rollouts, major/minor enhancements, and ongoing maintenance of existing applications. The role also involves identifying and assessing complex problems that require in-depth evaluation of variable factors and creating solutions for implementation by the team. Additionally, the manager will supervise a team to gather and translate user/system requirements into design specifications, conduct project and issue management, and adhere to strategic direction set by senior management.

Requirements

• Must have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Must have 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT consulting industry.
• Must have 5 years of experience in developing and implementing SAP SCM projects, including configuration and development.
• Must have 5 years of experience in data analysis and migration of Planning Data from legacy systems into SAP ECC and APO systems.
• Must have 5 years of experience working with ERP, APO, SAP BI, IBP, and interfacing with other non-SAP systems.
• Must have 5 years of experience configuring and developing custom objects, layouts, reports, and automation in SAP.
• Must have 5 years of experience working with cross-functional and global teams.
• Must have 5 years of experience developing key architectural and design decisions in planning in the consumer package and goods (CPG) industry.
• Must have 3 years of experience performing requirement gathering and developing design, configuration, customization, and data migration for SAP.
• Must have 3 years of experience preparing functional specification and configuration specification documents.
• Must have 3 years of experience working with Job scheduling tools.
• Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time.

Responsibilities
