About The Position

Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Packaged Application Development Manager in Morristown, NJ. The job duties include managing project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope. The role involves developing or updating project plans for information technology projects, including project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, schedules, funding, and staffing. The manager will maintain applications according to SLAs and work across the Service Delivery Lifecycle on engineering solutions for new system rollouts, major/minor enhancements, and/or ongoing maintenance of existing applications. Additionally, the manager will identify and assess complex problems that require in-depth evaluation of variable factors and create solutions for implementation by the team. The position also involves supervising a team to gather and interpret user/system requirements into design specifications, conducting project and issue management, and adhering to strategic direction set by senior management.

Requirements

  • Must have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5 years of experience in the IT consulting industry.
  • 5 years of experience in functional configuration in Oracle Cloud Financials, General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, Cash Management, and Fixed Assets.
  • 5 years of experience in data integration utilizing Oracle Cloud PaaS suite of products.
  • 5 years of experience in developing and maintaining automated test scripts using Tosca.
  • 5 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining reports using Oracle Cloud BI publisher and SQL developer.
  • 5 years of experience in functional configuration in Oracle E-business suite financials and upgrade to cloud.
  • Experience in technical delivery project management, including operating delivery in Waterfall and Agile methodology.
  • Experience in capacity planning.
  • Experience in executing continuous improvements to improve application performance and stability.
  • Willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time.
