About The Position

The Package Valet retrieves packages left in building lobbies and deliver them to the property’s package storage system.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate effectively with prospective residents, co-workers, vendors, and the public.
• Demonstrated reliability, interpersonal skills, and strong customer service skills.
• Must have a reliable vehicle and driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Log each package into the package storage room and organize the packages so that they are easy retrieve.
• Assist residents in retrieving packages.
• Police buildings for litter and out of date notices. Remove and place in trash receptacles.
• Deliver notices from the property staff to apartment doors as needed.
• Other duties as they arise.
