About The Position

The Package Valet retrieves packages left in building lobbies and deliver them to the property’s package storage system. Location: The Mastlight & Southfield Commons, Weymouth, MA. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm (part-time, 20 hours/week). Eligible for a $1,500.00 sign-on bonus! Requirements

Ability to communicate effectively with prospective residents, co-workers, vendors, and the public.
Demonstrated reliability, interpersonal skills, and strong customer service skills.
Monday through Friday, 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm.
20 hours per week

Responsibilities

Log each package into the package storage room and organize the packages so that they are easy retrieve.
Assist residents in retrieving packages.
Police buildings for litter and out of date notices. Remove and place in trash receptacles.
Deliver notices from the property staff to apartment doors as needed.
Other duties as they arise.
