Requirements

  • Enjoy delivering excellent customer service.
  • Communicate well with others and work as a part of a team.
  • Work independently and keep an organized workspace.
  • Respond quickly to requests from guests, residents, and your team.
  • Maintain confidentiality for our guests and residents.
  • Must be available to to work Friday - Monday from 2:45 PM - 11:30 PM and Tuesday from 11:00 AM - 7:45 PM.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience as a Package Room Attendant at a luxury hotel or residential building and a basic knowledge of building systems and computers is preferred.
  • Multi-lingual fluency is a plus!

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring that the package area is organized.
  • Registering and tracking all deliveries.
  • Assisting in the transport of luggage and groceries to and from units and other areas.
  • Delivering items such as newspapers, dry-cleaning, packages, groceries, and other items to residents and guests.
  • Operating the service elevator.
  • Assisting the Resident Manager in the day-to-day operations of the Condominium.
  • Performing Doorperson and Concierge duties as needed.
  • Providing 5-star customer service.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.
