Requirements

High School Diploma
Must have personal/reliable transportation to get to work
Ability to continually lift, lower, and carry packages that typically weigh 25 – 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

Continuously lifting, lowering, carrying, and delivering a lot of packages to our resident’s apartment homes
Reviewing shipping invoices and performing package audits
Processing all incoming packages and maintaining daily log; documenting, tracking, and delivering within 24 hours of receipt
Organizing and maintaining package rooms
Solving problems and providing timely assistance to residents with care
Engaging people in meaningful conversations that demonstrate your concern and genuine desire to make them feel at home
Jumping in and covering for team members when needed
Seeking out opportunities to enhance the customer’s experience
