Generally, part-time employees can expect to work between 3 to 6 hours a day, while full-time employees can work between 6 to 10 hours. Overtime is paid after 40 hours a week, ensuring that our employees are compensated fairly for their hard work. In addition to competitive wages starting at $16.50 per hour, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage after a short waiting period. Employees are also eligible for a generous paid time off program, accumulating up to 5 weeks of PTO per year. Our tuition reimbursement program offers $5,250 annually with no lifetime cap, available from the first day of employment.
