What You’ll Be Doing As our next Package Handler I, you will be at the center of keeping things moving, responsible for receiving, handling, and shipping finished products that support customers and operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring products flow accurately, efficiently, and on time for our customers. You bring a strong eye for accuracy, verifying counts, weights, and product details against orders, invoices, and packing slips Receiving and unloading shipments comes naturally, handling both palletized and floor-loaded product while checking for damage You take ownership of quality, ensuring products are stored, retrieved, and shipped accurately and without damage You stay organized and efficient, retrieving and preparing products for shipment across different areas of the facility Operating manual and motorized pallet jacks is part of your day, safely moving materials throughout the warehouse Cleanliness and organization matter, maintaining a safe and orderly workspace through daily upkeep Safety is always top of mind, following all guidelines and reporting any concerns immediately You are willing to step in and support troubleshooting efforts, including assisting with equipment in the high-bay area when needed

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Reliability, dependability, and taking ownership of your work
  • Attention to detail, especially when handling product accuracy and documentation
  • Comfortable being on your feet standing, walking, and moving throughout your shift
  • Hands-on mindset, using tools and equipment safely and effectively
  • Ability to work 1st shift (6 AM to 2:30 AM, Monday-Friday)
  • Physically able of lifting up to 25 lbs. (regularly) and 50+ lbs. (occasionally)
  • Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with moving equipment and moderate noise
  • Adaptable and safety-conscious, with the ability to work at heights using proper equipment when needed
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and work in various environments for extended periods

Responsibilities

  • Receiving, handling, and shipping finished products
  • Verifying counts, weights, and product details against orders, invoices, and packing slips
  • Receiving and unloading shipments, handling both palletized and floor-loaded product while checking for damage
  • Ensuring products are stored, retrieved, and shipped accurately and without damage
  • Retrieving and preparing products for shipment across different areas of the facility
  • Operating manual and motorized pallet jacks, safely moving materials throughout the warehouse
  • Maintaining a safe and orderly workspace through daily upkeep
  • Following all guidelines and reporting any concerns immediately
  • Supporting troubleshooting efforts, including assisting with equipment in the high-bay area when needed
