Interns typically work a full-time schedule throughout a 10- 22 week assignment during the summer/ fall of 2026. This position is limited to working 899 hours per service credit year. Here, you will make an impact by: Assist in design and development of packaging components for global product lines. Support testing and validation of packaging materials to ensure compliance with performance and regulatory standards. Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders on packaging specifications and documentation . Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on sustainability and cost reduction. Prepare reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Package Engineering, or higher from an accredited institution
  • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Nice To Haves

  • Prior internship/co-op experience with a manufacturing company
  • Prior experience involving the design, build, operation, and/or maintenance of manufacturing or R&D equipment
  • Project Management experience
