About The Position
Eliteblu Delivery is partnered with Amazon and is excited to expand our team with both Full Time and Part Time Drivers. We are looking for experienced and energetic workers for our open delivery positions! Our drivers are encouraged to be goal-oriented, good communicators, and able to work independently on their daily routes. The role requires physical ability, as drivers must enter and exit their trucks 150-300 times per day on routes that are specifically selected and guided via GPS tracker. We promote from within, making this a great opportunity for those looking to move up the ladder and gain management experience! As an Amazon Delivery Service Partner, we operate 7 days a week using a floating schedule, including some weekends. Our pay scale begins at $18.50/hr, with wage incentives for those on a set weekend schedule, earning an additional $1.30/hr. We also offer a driver incentive that can pay out $20-21/hr for the week if criteria in attendance, performance, and safety are all met. Additionally, there is a $1/hr bonus for those who receive extra training in our Step Van Program and more! Candidates must be comfortable with nighttime driving and navigation.
