About The Position

As a Package Delivery Driver at Best Buy, you will be responsible for delivering small products from retail stores directly to customers' homes. This role emphasizes customer interaction and requires adherence to standard operating procedures to ensure a friendly and punctual delivery experience. You will represent the Best Buy brand throughout the delivery process, from pickup to drop-off.

Requirements

• Current, valid driver's license
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Have and maintain a driving record that meets Best Buy safety standards (e.g., minimal number of violations/accidents)
• Acquire, gain and maintain any state or local licensing, as required, within 90 days of being hired
• Ability to consistently lift 50 pounds
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Drive and operate Best Buy vehicles in accordance with local and state laws
• Manage in-store delivery pickups using a personalized delivery queue
• Partner with the in-store operations team to confirm product details prior to delivery
• Obtain customer signatures on high-value products as needed
• Escalate delivery issues to our leaders to help resolve issues
