About The Position

In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology. As a Workday Core HCM Consultant, you will play a crucial role in configuring, implementing, and maintaining Workday Human Capital Management modules for our clients. You will collaborate closely with Client, HR stakeholders, business partners, and technical teams to ensure that Workday functionalities align with business requirements and enhance HR processes and operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Certified Workday HCM professional with significant hands-on experience in configuring and supporting Workday Core HCM modules.
  • Certification in any other advanced modules is preferred.
  • Competence and relevant experience in leading/supporting workshops for WD Core HCM module in at least 1 project.
  • 4+ years experience in end-to-end implementation/AMS/Rollout of Core HCM modules for American, European and/or APAC customer businesses are preferred.
  • Knowledge of core HCM localization and legislative requirements in various countries in APAC, Europe, and North America.

Responsibilities

  • Configure and maintain Workday Core HCM modules, including but not limited to: Human Resources, Core Compensation, Reporting and Security.
  • Collaborate with Client's Project team, HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into effective Workday configurations and solutions.
  • Utilize consulting abilities, business acumen, and specialized solution proficiency to seamlessly integrate the functionalities into the client's business ecosystem, ensuring the attainment of the client expected business result.
  • Optimize and maintain the Workday system, ensuring data integrity, system security, and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Provide end-user training and support, addressing queries, conducting workshops, and creating documentation to enhance user understanding and adoption of Workday functionalities.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, investigate errors, and provide timely resolutions to ensure system reliability and user satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design, develop, and test integrations between Workday and other HR systems or third-party applications.
  • Stay updated with Workday releases, new features, and industry trends, evaluating their impact, and proposing relevant system enhancements.
