This role will work primarily out of our Hatfield, PA office at 2990 Bergey Road.

Requirements

Desire to join a world-class team and contribute a positive attitude
Valid driver's license with a clean record
Have the ability to work nights/weekends and overtime, if needed
Ability to lift 75 LBS frequently
Desire to continually learn new thin

Responsibilities

Pack and Protect: Carefully wrap, box, and move household items (furniture, heirlooms, clothes) from homes damaged by water, fire, or mold.
Inventory Control: Use our digital systems to document every item so the homeowner knows their belongings are safe and accounted for.
Loading & Transport: Safely load the pack-out van and transport items to our cleaning facility.
Customer Service: Be the face of the company on-site—polite, empathetic, and helpful to people in a crisis.
Warehouse Support: Help unload and organize the facility to keep the workflow moving
