The Job: As a Pack Operator, you’ll be part of our Shelbyville Manufacturing team working as an on-site employee.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Basic knowledge of tolerance and quality inspection procedures
• Excellent hand-eye coordination in a fast-paced environment
• Reading and updating move tags
• Light physical effort required, equivalent to lifting, pushing, pulling up to 5 to 25 pounds
• Ability to read and write English; understand and comprehend instructions for safety and quality
• Flexibility to work overtime

Responsibilities

• Read work instructions and follow established procedures
• Maintain a safe work environment for yourself and other associates, exemplifying 6S and PPE principles
• Ensure all products meet specifications, maintain quality standards of product following quality assurance on FPI
• Properly fill out all documentation and labels
• Properly handle all scrap, rework, and mixed product
• Perform other duties as assigned
