Description 2nd Shift Hours: 2:45pm-11:15pm Overtime required based on production need. Pay: $18.50/hour GUARANTEED $0.50 RAISE AFTER 90 DAYS. Summary Assists the machine operator by coordinating on production needs, relieving for breaks, and training and managing other packers on the line. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Coordinates with the operator to see what products are running, set boxes, and setting up lines. Manage packers on the line while also working the line. Teach new packers. Help other packers complete shops for the day. Perform and complete LUV label returns and teach new packers how to use the system Assist other packers with issues in Pallet Tracking. Operate a pallet jack and train new employees on how to use it. Know how to work the machine and run it when the operator is gone and/or to help rotate for breaks and lunches if needed.
