SAIC is seeking an experienced PACFLT Military Operations Liaison located on Camp Smith in Hawaii to provide program support of the Pacific Multi-Domain Training and Experimentation Capability (PMTEC) program between the United States Indo-Pacific Command (USINDOPACOM) J7 and the United States Pacific Fleet (PACFLT) to support the development of tactical and operational concepts, requirements, and architectural designs that support PMTEC and assist in the development and execution of an All-Domain warfare environment across the USINDOPACOM Area of Operations. JOB DESCRIPTION: Program Support: Monitor Strategic Operations, Activities, and Investments in support of the Geographic Combatant Command Pacific Multi-Domain Training and Experimentation Campaign (PMTEC) Plan. Support the development of tactical and operational concepts, requirements, and architectural designs that support PMTEC. All-Domain Warfare: Assist in the development and execution of an All-Domain warfare environment across the USINDOPACOM Area of Operations. PACFLT Investments: Identify opportunities where PACFLT investments can support the Joint Force, multi-domain operations, and integrate into USINDOPACOM Joint Exercises. Concept Development: Contributes to the development of new concepts and investments to further link ranges and training areas across the Indo-Pacific. Joint Exercise Integration: Assist with planning and integration of Component level multi-domain capabilities, systems, equipment, and networks into Joint Exercises. Identify opportunities where USINDOPACOM J7 is able to advance Joint Training Readiness. Inter-Service Coordination: Ability to work across other Services components. Coordinate with component level exercise planners and training coordinators. Communication: Develop briefings and assessments up to senior level audiences and convey information in a clear and articulate manner to Government leadership.
