The PACE Quality Improvement Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the Quality Improvement (QI) Program at PACE of Cincinnati. This role involves managing the annual review and update of the QI plan, developing and implementing quality indicators, managing data, educating staff on quality improvement, preparing quality reports, and coordinating process improvement efforts. The coordinator works closely with the interdisciplinary team (IDT) and leadership to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.

  • Oversee the PACE of Cincinnati Quality Improvement Program.
  • Conduct annual review and update of the Quality Improvement plan.
  • Develop and implement program-wide and center-specific quality indicators.
  • Manage data related to quality improvement initiatives.
  • Educate and train program staff on quality improvement practices.
  • Prepare quality reports for stakeholders.
  • Coordinate program-wide process improvement efforts based on monitoring activities.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
  • Relevant Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration or a related field.
  • Master's degree is desirable.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in healthcare quality improvement.
  • Clinical background is preferred.
  • CPHQ certification is preferred.
