About The Position

The Quality Analyst provides assistance and support to the Quality Assurance Director, Quality and Compliance Coordinator, and the Medical Records Coordinator. This position supports quality improvement and monitoring as well as medical records. In collaboration with the LIFE Connection quality/compliance team, this role has the following responsibilities: Conduct compliance audits (such as monthly chart audits) Coordinate the participant satisfaction survey Track personnel changes and ensure required clearances and trainings Work with the Medical Records Coordinator to ensure a complete medical record (such as assistance with scanning) Assist with the grievance, service determination and appeals processes Complete incident reports Provide support to end-users of the electronic health record Maintain contracted provider list for quality oversight purposes. The Quality Analyst maintains expertise in applications, systems and services related to the electronic health record and other monitoring/tracking databases. The Quality Analyst position supports organizational goals by providing quality customer service, participating in performance improvement efforts and demonstrating a commitment to teamwork and cooperation.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required. Associates Degree or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Five (5) years administrative assistant, secretarial, or office support experience and computer skills (Focus on Microsoft Excel) required.
  • 1 - 2 years of healthcare and working with older adults required.
  • Must possess a strong understanding of regulatory compliance, analytical, planning and administrative abilities as well as excellent written and oral communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Greenway or PACE Logic computer system preferred.
