About the RoleJob Summary: The Provider Network & Credentialing Coordinator supports the development, compliance, and performance of the Valir PACE provider network. This role ensures all contracted providers are properly credentialed, contracted, educated, and aligned with PACE requirements. This position serves as a key liaison between Valir PACE and its providers, supporting provider and delegated provider onboarding, education (including Provider Manual distribution and claims processes), oversight and ongoing compliance with CMS PACE regulations.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent cross function communication
Proficiency in database management and reporting
Knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree preferred; or equivalent experience
2–3 years of experience in credentialing, contracting, or provider relations preferred
Experience in PACE, Medicare Advantage, or managed care preferred
