About The Position

We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented certified nursing aide (CNA) to join our dynamic and growing Valir PACE program. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering high-quality, person-centered care to seniors in a thriving, interdisciplinary care environment that promotes independence, dignity, and quality of life. As a CNA in our PACE program, you will assist participants with activities of daily living (ADLs) and foster a warm, respectful atmosphere within our wellness center. You will work closely with nurses, social workers, therapists, and other team members to help older adults remain safely in the community and avoid institutional care. Requirements

Current Long Term Care Aide Certification
Either one year working with the frail and elderly population or approved training
CPR Certification

Nice To Haves

Spanish and Vietnamese language skills
