Primary Purpose Sample, test, and monitor all equipment covered under our PAA program and adjust as needed. Perform maintenance as needed. Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Must certify in 24-Hour OSHA HAZWOPER Training 29 CFR 1910.120.
  • Must pass a respiratory physical/fit test for APR usage.

Nice To Haves

  • Minor plumbing and pipefitting skills preferred.
  • Computer and software application skills preferred.
  • General maintenance knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor, sample, and test each of our chillers, dip tanks, and all other equipment that is covered by our PAA program and adjust as needed.
  • Assist in assembly and maintenance of all PAA system-related equipment (i.e., clearing Ph probes, maintaining spray bares, etc.).
  • Conduct daily rounds on all their equipment taking note of any issues, resolving minor issues or repairs, and promptly notifying leadership of any issues that will negatively affect the process.
  • Responsible for water distribution throughout the chemical distribution system and adjust as needed.
  • Accept delivery of chemicals and will be able to operate the system accordingly.
  • Responsible for neutralizing and disposing of any containment liquids and responding to chemical spills and leaks.
