About The Position
Job Summary ◦ A Physician Assistant is an individual who is engaged in the examination or treatment of patients while under the supervision of a licensed physician. Job Description: Education: ▪ Graduate of accredited physician assistant program Experience: ▪ No Prior Experience Required Skills: ▪ Self motivated individual who can work with little direct supervision ▪ Able to work independently and collaboratively in teams; tolerance for working with multiple numbers of people ▪ Good clinical expertise, communication skills, human relations skills and organizational skills ▪ Proficient computer skills Licensure/Certification/Registration: ▪ Needs to obtain PA License within 60 days of hire ▪ Successful completion of all department specific credentialing within first 90 days of employment
Requirements
- Graduate of accredited physician assistant program
- Self motivated individual who can work with little direct supervision
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in teams; tolerance for working with multiple numbers of people
- Good clinical expertise, communication skills, human relations skills and organizational skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Missouri PA License
- BLS obtain within first 90 days of hire
- Successful completion of all department specific credentialing within first 90 days of employment
