Join a dedicated team of critical care physicians and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) to enhance the health of critically ill infants, children, and adolescents. This dual role encompasses responsibilities in the ICU and the transport of critically ill children, requiring medical expertise, procedural skills, and collaboration with various specialties. The position involves performing assessments, diagnosing conditions, initiating care plans, and providing educational support to patients, families, and medical learners. Additionally, the APP will contribute to the HDVCH blood management program aimed at reducing blood transfusions through iron replacement and Epoetin administration.
