About The Position

Centurion is proud to be the provider of Comprehensive Healthcare services to the Florida Department of Corrections. We are currently seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team at Reception and Medical Center (hospital setting) located in Lake Butler, Florida. Reception and Medical Center is located 35 miles north of Gainesville and 21 miles south of Lake City.

Requirements

• Must have a Florida license.
• ARNP/PA certification.
• DEA License.
• CPR up to date.
• Be able to pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the delivery of health care and patient care management.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Perform assessments and diagnose patients.
• Manage medication.
