About The Position
PA Licensed Cosmetologist (Sub Hair Stylist) Opportunity Ciao Bella Salon is seeking dependable, licensed professionals who are interested in being on our payroll for as-needed substitute stylist opportunities, providing coverage during staff illness or scheduled time off. Ciao Bella Salon & Spa - Beauty Is Ageless Join Ciao Bella Salon & Spa, a family-owned company with 30+ salon locations inside Senior Living Communities, plus Mobile Service opportunities throughout Pennsylvania. We are passionate about bringing beauty, confidence, dignity, and human connection to our senior clients-because beauty truly has no age limit. We are currently seeking skilled, compassionate, and professional PA-licensed Cosmetologists who are eager to grow their careers in a supportive, purpose-driven environment. Requirements
- Active Pennsylvania Cosmetology License (required)
- Flexible availability (weeknights not required), typical work day is 9am to 3pm
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Compassion, patience, and professionalism-especially when working with senior clients
- Ability to work independently while being a positive team player
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
Responsibilities
- Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism, creating a comfortable and positive salon experience
- Conduct thoughtful consultations to understand client needs, preferences, and lifestyle considerations
- Provide a variety of cosmetology services while maintaining high standards of quality and care
- Build lasting relationships with clients through trust, consistency, and exceptional service
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace in compliance with state regulations
- Uphold a polished appearance and represents the Ciao Bella brand with pride and professionalism
- Educate clients on services, maintenance, and product recommendations to enhance results
- Assist with basic register transactions and salon software tasks as needed
- Provide and maintain your own professional tools and supplies
- Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and best practices to continue growing your craft
