About The Position

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Receive incoming phone calls for clinic appointments from patients, nursing staff, and physicians.
  • Process appointment scheduling, pre-registration, eligibility screening, insurance verification, pre-authorization, and financial counseling accurately.
  • Schedule, update, and cancel patient clinic appointments as needed.
  • Obtain and verify patient demographics, insurance, eligibility, and financial responsibility information for accurate registration.
