About The Position

As a Project Scheduler at Ampirical, you'll be a key player in developing, maintaining, and communicating resource-loaded schedules for a variety of projects. You'll also contribute to proposal and system process development, helping ensure every project runs smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in planning/scheduling for EPC projects.
• Expertise in modern scheduling tools, especially Primavera P6 and Microsoft Excel.
• Primavera and PMI Scheduling Professional certifications preferred.
• Utility experience is strongly preferred.
• Able to work effectively with clients, vendors, and project teams to ensure schedules are accurate and projects are on track.

Responsibilities

• Create, monitor, and update integrated project schedules to ensure efficiency in both time and cost.
• Prepare baseline schedules for project team approval and ensure they are regularly reviewed and updated.
• Monitor critical path activities, report deviations, and recommend corrective actions.
• Analyze schedules from multiple sources to ensure project integrity and make sure all sequences are optimized for constructability.
• Lead project scheduling meetings and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure schedules meet company standards and client needs.
• Document project 'lessons learned' to enhance future scheduling efficiency.

• Hourly Range: $36.50/hour - $52.50/hour (dependent on experience, education, and qualifications)
