• Serving as the initial point of contact for the P21 development team, escalating complex issues when necessary.
• Efficiently managing and resolving print/formatting errors.
• Maintaining the smooth operation of the P21 system.
• Familiarizing yourself with middleware servers and supporting the administration of P21.
• Applying Cisco Technologies, Backup Technologies, and computer hardware skills.
• Performing configuration management and application tuning.
• Ensuring application maintenance and implementing Prophet 21.
