This position will complete initial inspection and prep of bike frames to ensure they meet Trek’s quality standards and are ready to enter the paint process.
Requirements
- Ability to lift, carry, or pull medium weights, up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work on foot for an 8 hour shift
- Ability to identify and escalate quality concerns
- Ability to maintain focus while completing repetitious work

Responsibilities
- Sand blemishes from bike frames
- Stripping and sanding paint off frames
- Operate sand blasting equipment
- Inspecting frames for defects
- Maintaining a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat and complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
- Contributing to team e ff orts by accomplishing related results as needed
