About The Position

The P/T Administrative Assistant will assist the division with various tasks including covering the front desk at either location, answering phones, helping students, and assisting staff in locating supplies and materials. The role also involves supporting Deans and the Associate Dean with various tasks, preparing conference rooms for meetings or guests, and addressing facilities needs by putting in work orders and following up on them. Additionally, the assistant will handle contract and/or grant support items as detailed per grant, which may include calling students, compiling reports, assisting with supplies procurement, and helping other support staff with student or faculty needs. The position also requires setting up and assisting faculty with Webex or Zoom, along with any other duties that may arise.
