About The Position

Interested in a career that matters? Join us as our new HR Project Manager! Welcome to the role of HR Project Manager, where you will lead high-impact HR initiatives across Novonesis North America. Your focus will span key areas such as HRIS, Organizational Development, Employee Engagement and Retention, Talent Acquisition, Change Management, HR Policy Development and Standardization, Employee Benefits, and Employee Relations. In this role, you will plan, coordinate, and execute strategic HR projects by applying project management best practices, data-driven insights, and innovative technologies. With a focus on process improvement and operational excellence, you will collaborate with HR, regional leadership, and cross-functional teams to optimize workflows, enhance efficiency, and elevate the employee experience. In this role you’ll make an impact by: Providing project leadership and direction while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability Driving strategic HR projects to ensure successful implementation within established deadlines and budget constraints by monitoring progress, mitigating risks, and addressing challenges proactively Thinking strategically and aligning HR initiatives with broader organizational goals and objectives Analyzing complex issues, identifying root causes, and developing effective solutions to improve processes and outcomes Performing audits to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, while driving initiatives to standardize and modernize HR practices Conducting workplace investigations related to policy violations or misconduct, ensuring consistency and adherence to company policies

Requirements

  • A proven ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously while effectively balancing stakeholder expectations
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including active listening, clear articulation of ideas, and professionalism when engaging with diverse stakeholders
  • A demonstrated ability to adapt to changing circumstances, such as evolving organizational priorities, legal requirements, or unexpected challenges
  • A strong commitment to integrity, accountability, and upholding high ethical standards
  • A bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in strategic project management
  • Practical, hands-on experience in system integration projects (Workday experience preferred)

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred certifications such as HRPM, CAPM, HRIP, SHRM-CP/SCP
