In this role, you will plan, coordinate, and execute strategic HR projects by applying project management best practices, data-driven insights, and innovative technologies. With a focus on process improvement and operational excellence, you will collaborate with HR, regional leadership, and cross-functional teams to optimize workflows, enhance efficiency, and elevate the employee experience. In this role you’ll make an impact by: Providing project leadership and direction while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability Driving strategic HR projects to ensure successful implementation within established deadlines and budget constraints by monitoring progress, mitigating risks, and addressing challenges proactively Thinking strategically and aligning HR initiatives with broader organizational goals and objectives Analyzing complex issues, identifying root causes, and developing effective solutions to improve processes and outcomes Performing audits to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, while driving initiatives to standardize and modernize HR practices Conducting workplace investigations related to policy violations or misconduct, ensuring consistency and adherence to company policies
