Requirements

Minimum 5 years of successful experience as a P&C Producer (commercial and/or personal lines).
Proven track record of building and retaining a profitable book of business.
Strong understanding of insurance products, carriers, and underwriting practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
Highly self-motivated and goal-driven with a focus on exceeding targets.
Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

Prospect, develop, and close new commercial and/or personal lines P&C business.
Consult with clients to assess coverage needs and design risk management solutions.
Advise clients on insurance programs to protect their assets and operations.
Retain and expand existing accounts through proactive relationship management.
Partner with internal service teams to ensure exceptional client experiences.
Review policies, coverages, and rating for accuracy and completeness.
Negotiate with carriers and underwriters to secure competitive terms.
Market new and renewal business to achieve production and retention goals.
Participate in business development, networking, and community initiatives to strengthen market presence.
