About The Position
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated P&C Licensed Customer Service Representative to provide outstanding support to our clients. This position is fully remote but requires availability during Pacific Standard Time hours.
Requirements
- Must hold a valid Property & Casualty (P&C) license.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Proficient with technology and insurance software.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with inquiries related to insurance policies and claims.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
