How you'll make an impact Drive new business growth by securing sales with both new and existing clients, focusing on small to mid-size companies with high revenue potential. Deliver exceptional service tailored to client needs, ensuring long-term retention. Collaborate in team sales efforts alongside other producers and support staff. Potentially oversee overall client relationships with the backing of day-to-day account management. Mentor and develop team members in new client acquisition and existing client service. Leverage industry technologies to enhance sales and service delivery. Provide strategic direction during account transitions. Craft and execute a personalized business plan and production budget. Foster strong interdivision and intercompany relationships, aligning with our corporate culture. About You Required: Bachelor's degree, 1 year related experience, and appropriate insurance licensing required OR Bachelor's degree, participation in Gallagher's Sales Internship Program (GSIP), and appropriate insurance licensing required OR High School Diploma/GED and 6 years experience.

  • Act independently with minimal direction.

  • Professional designation may be preferred, including CEBS, CPCU, CIC or ARM.
