Job Description Responsibilities Cultivate and maintain relationships with new and existing clients Analyze clients' insurance needs and develop comprehensive risk management strategies Negotiate and place policies with insurance carriers to meet clients' coverage requirements Collaborate with underwriters and producers to ensure timely and accurate policy issuance and account management Review and analyze insurance contracts, endorsements, and audits to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy Keep abreast of industry trends, insurance products, and market changes to provide proactive and innovative solutions to clients Provide exceptional customer service and respond promptly to client inquiries and service requests Develop and implement retention strategies to increase client satisfaction and maintain a high level of client retention Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals through cross-selling opportunities and account rounding Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent work experience) 3+ years of experience in commercial insurance account management or related field Proven track record of success in cultivating and managing commercial insurance accounts Strong understanding of commercial insurance products, coverages, and underwriting processes Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Proficiency in insurance agency management systems and Microsoft Office suite A valid insurance license and relevant industry certifications (e.g., CIC, CRM) is a plus #LI-BD1
