About The Position

Common Man Roadside is HIRING oyster shuckers for our Tru Hotel location in Manchester’s historic Millyard!

This is a part-time, seasonal position. Proposed schedule will be Thursdays, 12pm-10pm. Oyster season will run May-September.

Oyster Shuckers will properly shuck oysters and other shellfish while maintaining high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and presentation. Strong knife skills and attention to detail, safety, sanitation and cleanliness are desired. The ability to work quickly in a high volume environment is essential in this role.
