Our Chefs provide dependable, fast service to the team and guests and present oysters and other raw bar items with a touch of sophistication. We are looking for an experienced and refined Oyster Chef to join our culinary team. Day in the Life: Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and guests Shucking oysters at a steady pace with precision and efficiency, ensuring the highest quality presentation for our guests. Curate and craft dishes that reflect the restaurant’s elegant, contemporary style. Foster a sophisticated yet inviting atmosphere through impeccable service and culinary expertise. Keeps work areas and food storage areas, clean and safe at all times Maintain a high level of knowledge about oyster varieties, seasonal availability, and sourcing Engage with guests when applicable in a friendly and approachable manner, providing information about our products and answering any questions guests may have Reading and following department of health standards and food industry standards Adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures Perform all other duties as required, including prep work or additional tasks as needed
